The term of the members of the Committee is two years

 

Meetings

 

The committee shall meet at least once in a semester.  However, in case of any grievance, the Committee can meet immediately and also as and when required

 

Functions

 

  • To fix the menu and their price
  • To enhance the price after a stipulated period.
  • To check the quality of the food, portability of water.
  • Periodically check on cleanliness, quantity of food supplied.
  • To demand hygienic conditions in and around the canteen.
  • To obtain feedback from the canteen users and to take remedial measure in case of grievances
