Yoga

Yoga is regarded as a divine science of life revealed to enlightened sages in meditation. Yoga is a complete science of life that originated in India many thousands of years ago. It is the oldest system of personal development in the World, encompassing body, mind and spirit. The Yoga way of life is characterized by peace and tranquility, harmony and health, love and happiness, precision and efficiency.

Recently the Yogic practice was put to scientific verification and this served to highlight its multifold beneficial facets. The utility of yoga in all aspects of life has almost been proved beyond doubt. While it helps a scientist sharpen his critical faculty, it helps an engineer develop his creative power; it teaches the art of working in a relaxed manner, For the Athletes, Sportsmen it enhances Physical stamina and presence of mind.

Thus Yoga through these experimentally observed facts, has drawn into fold millions of people from all walks of life, many Colleges and Universities have introduced yoga in their curriculum.

In this pattern our College was started Yoga classes from 27-02- 2016 at 7 A.M. by Dr. Gopala Krishnam Rajas Vegiraju, Nature Cure Hospital, Kakinada was inaugurated as Chief Guest for this programme. From the day onwards every Friday of a week we will commence the Yoga Classes at 7A.M. to 8 A.M.
